Strategy Conversations

These are 2-hour sessions where we explore the needs and aspirations for the client and what level of work may be involved. A strategy conversation may be a stand-alone option if you are simply looking for direction at this point, and a strategy conversation may be the first step in a longer planning process of working together with Loftis Partners.

How Does It Work?

  1. Email Sally Loftis at sally@loftispartners.com with your interest. Let us know the name of your organization and a little bit about your need.

  2. Loftis Partners will send you a form to complete and schedule a consultation call.

  3. The interest form will ask you for the following:

    Category of Need: Business Strategy, Organization Design, Human Resources, Equity & Inclusion, Training or Coaching.

    Short Paragraph Describing the Conversation Topic (including number of participants)

    Helpful Information You Can Provide in Preparation

    Group Availability

  4. Loftis Partners will complete a 20-minute consultation call to confirm your information, schedule the call, and finalize details for the session.

  5. After the strategy conversation, Loftis Partners will provide a discussion summary and helpful resources for moving forward.

When Can We Schedule The Session?

Loftis Partners can schedule a session with at least a week’s notice depending on our availability. We are available during regular business hours and weekday evenings until 10pm ET. These sessions can take place virtually or phone only; both venues work well.

How Much Does It Cost?

Strategy conversations are $500 per session. This pricing accounts for preparation time, the 2-hour session, and follow-up materials.
