Strategic Planning Facilitation

Strategic planning creates a vision for an organization’s future. It is a planning process that involves all stakeholders in giving voice to future needs and possibilities. The process can take anywhere from 3-12 months, depending on the size of the organization. We can help you with facilitating a strategic planning retreat and guiding the development process for your strategic plan.

Loftis Partners brings a strengths-based approach through Appreciative Inquiry (AI), an organizational change process built on human strengths and creativity. AI has an emergent design with nominal structure that allows the insight of participants to surface as a way of co-creating a future together. Sally Loftis is a virtual Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator. Prices may vary based on client size and scope.

Groups sometimes use strategic planning retreats to move this work forward in an intentional burst. Loftis Partners has experience in facilitating these retreats. We co-create a retreat agenda with you that creates a springboard for discussion on strategic planning and team strengths. This may include a pre-retreat assessment. In addition to facilitating, Loftis Partners completes the data capture and interim report for the retreat. Finally, we offer a retreat summary report and debrief session.

The following rates for retreat facilitation are the same for in-person and virtual; however, there is an additional cost to the client for travel to in-person events. These rates include pre-retreat and post-retreat meetings with the client and two facilitators for each event.

Two-Hour Retreat: $1000

Half Day Retreat: $1500

Full Day Retreat: $3000

Please note that these prices do not include travel costs. We have experience in facilitating in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings.

Strategic Plan Development: $10,000 (includes 1 full day retreat plus 6 sub-committee sessions for detailed strategic plan development)

Strategic Plan Implementation: $5,000 (includes stakeholder feedback on draft strategic plan, consultant support with board approval, and delivery of final documents)

The strategic plan development and implementation by Loftis Partners are great options for those who are new to the strategic planning process and/or need additional capacity to complete the plan. When more than 1 option is selected, package pricing is available, which reduces cost to our clients. You can also read How to Start a Strategic Planning Process from our blog.

Sally brought exactly the kind of compassion, lovingly pointed questions, and strengths mindset that we needed during one of the most critical strategic planning processes in our organization’s history. She was able to step into a complex situation with a grace and skill that made her feel like part of the team almost immediately, and allowed our staff to feel very comfortable working with her. A true gem!
