Organization Coaching
Sometimes organizations need a little help with navigating change, thinking through a new strategy, or discussing a difficult situation. Employing a consultant can help with bringing an outside perspective and offering clarity on roles and timelines. This is especially true when an organization has limited resources for change management and facilitation.
Loftis Partners offers organization coaching as an option for groups who need short-term help and/or facilitate conversations around a certain topic, such as implementation support for a new strategic plan. These sessions are planned around your team’s schedule to maximize time and efficiency.
You may wonder, “Is coaching right for us?” Here are a few situations to consider:
You’ve got a new strategic plan ready but feel unsure about how to operationalize the plan.
You’ve got a new leadership team that needs help with building new management routines.
You started down a diversity and inclusion learning path and want to discover what’s next.
You received troublesome employee feedback and need a trusted human resources advisor to listen and think through next steps.
You are working through a pay equity assessment and need some guidance.
If you identify with any of these situations, then organization coaching is a strong option of support for your team.
Loftis Partners offers 90-minute virtual coaching sessions. Individual sessions are $500 each. Session packages are available at a discount.
