Navigating Change Retreat
How can we learn to navigate change as a strong team and cascade that work throughout the organization? That’s a question we hear a lot from our clients.
The world is changing. In fact, it is shifting in three specific ways: the workplace, the workforce, and the global economy. The workplace has experienced major shifts in how we deliver goods and services and when in-person work is acceptable. The workforce has been permanently altered by remote-only work options and the recognition of low wages. The global economy has developed in a way that our work in the United States is connected to a global supply chain.
Our organizations are also changing. We are shifting in and out of working environments based on a distributed workforce. We are developing new systems and program to adapt to a new world. We are facing uncertain and sometime unstable financial situations. What can you do to navigate these turbulent waters as a team?
Loftis Partners offers the Navigating Change retreat with three goals in mind for our participants:
Build connection
Understanding change at different levels
Co-creating a plan to move the organization forward
This 8-hour retreat, which can be broken into two days, is a great way to organize as a team and chart a way forward in these changing times. Loftis Partners uses a mixture of individual reflection, small group discussion, large group debriefs, and nature walks to create language and shared intention around organizational change. We also offer a leadership assessment using the High Five test.
Who might be a great group for this retreat?
· Newly forming teams
· Leadership teams preparing for a strategic planning process
· Newer supervisors within a medium to large organization
· Community groups working in social justice movements
· Committees that are responsible for implementing big changes soon
