Employee Handbook Review

  2. Policy and Process Strategy - In addition to the basic review, we will work with you to build and/or enhance current policies and processes that support a pro-talent workplace (Ex. hiring practices). This is a great option for clients who are reworking a policy and/or want to build more inclusive practices in the workplace. Estimated time is 8-12 weeks. $2000

  3. Workplace Culture Overview - In addition to the basic review and policy & process strategy, we will help you define an overview of your current culture and identify ways to include your workplace culture language and practices into your employee handbook. This is a great option for clients who want to center employee voices in the handbook and add an equity, diversity & inclusion lens. Estimated time is 12-16 weeks. $3500
